Mr. Chitra Bahadur KC holds Graduates degree and has long experience working in handicraft sector in Nepal and abroad as well. He spent his youth time in the United Kingdom and many other countries. He has become the Chair Person of Fair Trade Group Nepal since 2017 and has been the President of World Fair Trade Organization Asia for Third consecutive term since 2012.
He also holds his degree in HR, Finance and Hotel Management and dedicated his life in the service of people. As an Executive Director, his leadership and visionary actions has been guiding New SADLE till date.
Production/ Rehabilitation Director
Mr. Hari, a graduate in commerce has been working in New SADLE as Production/Rehabilitation Director since 1997. He is a professional with an experience of almost three decades in this field.
Mr. Hari has been responsibly handling the overall production and quality management of handicraft products intended for exporting to international market and also in rehabilitation of leprosy affected people through on the job training in handicraft production. He is also actively involved in the overall administration, product costing, sales analysis and reportingand inventory management. He has attended various seminars, conferences and trainings in his area of expertise.
Mr. Ashim, an MBA graduate has been currently working in New SADLE as Manager, Communications. He owns an MBA degree with specialization in Financial Management and Human Resource Management from SRM University Sikkim, India and is a third rank holder in the same.
As a Manager, Communications, he makes sure that there has been effective communication with all the partner organizations of New SADLE. He is involved in project proposal writing and reporting as well as implementation of social and developmental projects. This young person of enthusiastic and philanthropic persona strongly believes in giving back to the society.
Mr. Prakash Sunuwar holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies and has been working in New SADLE as Manager, Trading since 1997 A.D. His two decade long years of experience in handicraft production and trading and service in this field has made him a man with immense experiences to share. He has attended various trainings on Quality Management and Export Marketing.
Mr. Rameshwor Adhikari is a commerce graduate and joined New SADLE in the year 2001 A.D. He has been working as a Finance Officer and is responsible for financial management at New SADLE.
Ms. Salma Serchan holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce and has been working in New SADLE as a Marketing Officer. She has participated in various training programs like on Export Marketing Management, Sales and Marketing, Communication, International Trade, etc. She has also completed the Fredskorpet exchange program in 2013.
Her major responsibilities include email and telephone correspondence, prepare export related document, co-ordinate with cargo offices and update the customers.
Quality Control Officer
Ms. Sarita Pulami Magar working as a Quality Control officer at New SADLE owns a master’s degree in Sociology. She ensures that the quality of all the products produced by New SADLE is of the highest quality. She is also involved in order processing and stock-keeping and helps in maintaining steady flow of raw materials and finished products inventory.
She joined New SADLE in 1997 and has been serving here with whole heartedness and dedication since then. She feels delighted to be working here and responsibly handles all her assigned duties.
Mr. Bharat Prasad Subedi is a management graduate and is working as an Account Officer at New SADLE. He joined New SADLE in the year 2013 and is responsible for book-keeping and accounting. He is also involved in the preparation of financial statements and takes care of the receivables, payables and other accounting transactions.
Mr. Rajkumar Ghimire joined New SADLE in the year 2010 as a Procurement Officer and is responsible for all the purchases to be made for the organization. He ensures that all the raw materials purchased are of the best quality and helps in maintaining the international product standard.
Ms. Benu Shrestha Shah is an arts graduate. She has participated in many workshops and trainings on Fashion Designing and Marketing, Design Training on Lokta Paper and Products, Product Designs, etc. She has completed diploma course in Dress and Fashion Designing.
She is working in New SADLE as a Designer and has varied experience in different organizations and boutiques. She has profound knowledge of the practical application of design and technology which includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of dress, paper and felt products.
