Bir bahadur hails from Dhangadhi and now lives at Kapan, Kathmandu. He joined New SADLE in 1999 and works in its paper section. He came to know about New SADLE through friends with leprosy while being treated at Anandaban Hospital. He also has hearing deficiency.
His leg was mostly affected due to leprosy and his toes are clawed too. He can’t do heavy work. Now, he is married and has two sons, elder studying in high school and younger studying in grade 8 at Lovely Angels English Boarding School run by New SADLE.
He is sweet person with nice smile and feels happy to work here despite his physical challenges.
